how to install english language pack for macis 533?

i find that macis 533 is what i prefer over some of the other puppy linux .... so how do i install the english language pack for macis 533?

when i start macis .. i can see the various language setup for chinese or japanese or english

but when i select english it does nothing

i really like macis .. .but i wish to be able to use it with english ...
